Proud faces and lots of applause:
In July, the Heilbronn Early Childhood Education Academy (EAH) graduated its fourth class from the practice-integrated early childhood education program (PiA).
At the graduation ceremony held on the educational campus, 30 newly certified educators received their diplomas in the presence of approximately 195 guests.
What makes graduating from the EAH special?
Above all, it’s what the graduates bring to the table:
One of three targeted additional qualifications that are an integral part of the program:
Phorms Europe Early Childhood Educator:
Strengthens intercultural skills and European education—for greater openness, diversity, and democratic cooperation in everyday life at the daycare center.
aim Language Educator:
Provides practical knowledge on language development with a focus on learning integrated into daily life, language observation, and working with parents.
Experimenta STEM Educator:
Brings STEM to life through simple experiments, scientific inquiry, and a love of technology and discovery.
At a small certificate presentation ceremony, the social education assistants also received their certificates for the academic portion of their training.
Principal Isabel Engelhaus looks back with pride on all the graduates:
“It’s wonderful to see the dedication and passion with which this class has mastered their training. Their excellent grades speak for themselves. But I’m just as impressed by the attitude with which the graduates are entering their profession.”
Armed with this attitude and a wealth of expertise, the newly certified early childhood educators are now embarking on a career in education that, more than ever, needs creative, intelligent, and reflective minds.
We wish you all the best and a wonderful start to your professional careers!
