A Special Evening, Two Graduating Classes, and Many New Paths

On July 17, 2026, the Erzieherakademie Heilbronn held a graduation ceremony for this year’s graduates.

Thirty-five state-certified early childhood educators and 10 graduates of the social pedagogical assistance program received their diplomas at the Heilbronn Education Campus.

For the EAH, this evening marked a special milestone. In addition to the fifth graduating class of the practice-integrated early childhood education program, the Social Pedagogical Assistance program celebrated its first-ever graduating class.

More Pathways to a Career in Education

The Erzieherakademie Heilbronn trains young people for professional work with children. It was founded with the goal of creating practice-oriented training pathways and opening up opportunities in the field of education for more people.

With the introduction of the Social Pedagogical Assistant training program, this offering was deliberately expanded. Today, the academy thus provides training opportunities for students with varying educational backgrounds.

A Degree That Brings Many People Together
Around 270 guests gathered for the graduation ceremony in the auditorium on the Erzieherakademie Heilbronn Campus.

The focus was on the graduates themselves. Many of them will now work in childcare centers in the region. Others will continue their educational path in the field of education.
