Your Responsibilities

Planning, delivering and following up engaging lessons in Spanish and English for students in Secondary School
Teaching both subjects in accordance with our benchmarked curriculum and preparing students for the relevant German school-leaving examinations
Supporting students in developing strong linguistic, communicative and intercultural competencies in both English and Spanish
Using differentiated teaching methods and materials to respond to students’ individual learning needs, abilities and interests
Encouraging independent learning and actively contributing to the development and implementation of innovative pedagogical concepts
Collaborating closely with colleagues within our international and interdisciplinary teaching team

Your Profile

Native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish, ideally with one of the two languages as your mother tongue and full professional proficiency in the other
A recognised teaching qualification from the United Kingdom, Spain or an equivalent international qualification, ideally comparable to the German Second State Examination
A university degree and teaching qualification that enables you to teach both English and Spanish at Secondary School level
Experience of teaching students at lower and/or upper secondary level and confidence in preparing students for formal examinations
An interest in learning or further developing your German language skills
A strong interest in innovative education, individualised learning and the continued development of modern teaching concepts
Excellent teamwork skills, intercultural awareness and the ability to act as a positive role model for students
