Your Responsibilities

  • Planning, delivering and evaluating lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum
  • Promoting independent learning and contributing to the development and implementation of new pedagogical concepts
  • Using differentiated teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students
  • Assessing students and preparing them thoroughly for written and oral German school-leaving examinations

Your Profile

  • Ideally, Qualified Teacher Status or a qualification legally equivalent to the German Second State Examination, with a specialisation in secondary education
  • Fluency in German and native-level English
  • A strong interest in developing and implementing new educational concepts
  • A collaborative mindset and a high level of commitment
  • The ability to act as a positive role model and enthusiasm for teaching in a secondary school setting
  • A clear commitment to student-centred education and the individual development of each learner

Application Process

  • How can I apply and what documents should I include with my application?

    The easiest way to apply is directly through our careers page. Simply click the “Apply Now” button for the job advertisement that interests you and fill out the form. You can upload your CV as well as a motivational letter and relevant certificates there. Please submit your application online only.


    A complete CV is essential. Depending on the position, we also welcome references, work samples, or certificates. For some roles, we have marked these document types as mandatory.
