Your Responsibilities

Create an inspiring space where students can explore, experiment and develop their own artistic voice.

  • Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum, introducing students to a broad range of artistic techniques, materials and media
  • Encourage creativity, visual thinking and independent artistic expression while supporting students in developing strong practical skills and confidence in their own work
  • Use differentiated teaching methods and projects to meet a wide range of abilities and learning needs and prepare students for relevant German school-leaving examinations
  • Bring your own artistic and pedagogical ideas into the classroom, collaborate across subjects and contribute actively to our bilingual and international school community 
     

Your Profile

  • A recognised teaching qualification for Secondary Education with a specialisation in Art
  • Native-level English and fluency in German
  • A passion for art, creativity and supporting the individual development of young people
  • An open, collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for bilingual education and the confidence to contribute your own ideas

Application Process

  • How can I apply and what documents should I include with my application?

    The easiest way to apply is directly through our careers page. Simply click the “Apply Now” button for the job advertisement that interests you and fill out the form. You can upload your CV as well as a motivational letter and relevant certificates there. Please submit your application online only.


    A complete CV is essential. Depending on the position, we also welcome references, work samples, or certificates. For some roles, we have marked these document types as mandatory.

    Yes, absolutely! If you are interested in multiple positions, you are encouraged to apply for all suitable roles. Just be sure to tailor each application to the specific position.

    The initial interview typically takes place via telephone or video to help us get to know each other. If it seems like a good fit, we will invite you for an in-person meeting at the location, depending where you live at this moment, where you can meet the team leader and potential colleagues.

     

    Depending on the position and location, job shadowing may be possible or even encouraged.
