Your Responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility for the strategic and pedagogical development of the Foreign Languages Department
  • Conducting lesson observations and annual development reviews
  • Contributing to the international development of the school, particularly through the further development of international programmes, language certificates and competitions
  • Supporting the admissions and onboarding process for new students and their families
  • Maintaining careful documentation of relevant student data as a basis for individual support and successful educational pathways
  • Fostering balanced class communities and supporting the smooth integration of new students into existing learning groups
  • Coordinating and organising school trips, including relevant administrative and financial processes
  • Contributing to reliable lesson organisation by supporting substitute teacher planning

Your Profile

  • Completion of the first and second state examinations for teacher training, or a teaching qualification recognised in Baden-Württemberg, ideally with a focus on foreign languages
  • Fluency in German at B2 level or higher and native-level English proficiency
  • Substantial teaching experience, ideally in a bilingual or international school environment
  • A strong interest in coordinating and further developing the Foreign Languages Department
  • Sound knowledge of modern foreign language pedagogy and a genuine commitment to fostering students’ language acquisition and intercultural competence
  • A structured, forward-thinking and reliable approach to school organisation
  • Composure, clarity and decisiveness, even in complex situations
  • A passion for advising and supporting prospective families throughout the admissions process

Application Process

  • How can I apply and what documents should I include with my application?

    The easiest way to apply is directly through our careers page. Simply click the “Apply Now” button for the job advertisement that interests you and fill out the form. You can upload your CV as well as a motivational letter and relevant certificates there. Please submit your application online only.
