Dilek Aras
Managing Director of Phorms Education SE
Dilek Aras has over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling. Since August 2020, she has been a core member of the Management Board of Phorms Education SE. She focuses in particular on the areas of finance, controlling and accounting. Previously, she was Head of Finance at Phorms Education SE for eleven years. Before joining Phorms, Dilek Aras worked as Controller and Senior Manager Finance for a publicly listed molecular diagnostics company in Berlin and Seattle. Dilek Aras holds a degree in business administration (FH) from FHW Berlin.
Hannah Donati
Managing Director of Phorms Education SE
Hannah Donati studied law in Berlin and Gießen. After various positions as a lawyer at law firms and many years as a corporate lawyer and Head of Legal and HR at an international biotechnology company, she began working as Head of Legal and later as an authorized signatory at Phorms Education SE in Berlin Mitte in 2009. In 2015, she took over the management of the legal team as well as the HR department. Since August 2020, Hannah Donati has been one of three members of the new Management Board of Phorms Education SE. In addition, she takes care of the central departments legal, HR and marketing as well as corporate communications, among others.
Thomas Frenzel
Managing Director of Phorms Education SE
Thomas Frenzel holds a degree in business administration and management. He initially worked for almost ten years at the media company Gruner + Jahr in the position of Marketing Director Business Media before joining Phorms Education SE in 2009. There he initially took over the management of various Phorms locations in Baden-Württemberg. Since August 2020, he has been responsible for the management of Phorms Education SE together with his colleagues Hannah Donati and Dilek Aras. Thomas Frenzel is particularly dedicated to corporate strategy, business development and IT with a focus on further digitization.
