Sunday 23rd April was World Book and Copyright Day. Linked to this we celebrated the joy of reading and books in a book week, from Monday 24th to Friday 28th April. Across the school many different activities took place. Students wrote to teachers, inviting them to read in their class; doors were decorated to look like book covers; poems were learned and performed; extreme reading was practiced and photographed and of course, there was quiet reading and lots of it. Am Sonntag, dem 23. April, war Welttag des Buches und des Urheberrechts. In Verbindung damit feierten wir die Freude am Lesen und an Büchern in einer Buchwoche von Montag, 24. bis Freitag, 28. April. In der ganzen Schule fanden viele verschiedene Aktivitäten statt. Schülerinnen und Schüler schrieben an Lehrerinnen und Lehrer und luden sie ein, in ihrer Klasse zu lesen; Türen wurden so dekoriert, dass sie wie Buchumschläge aussahen; Gedichte wurden gelernt und vorgetragen; extremes Lesen wurde geübt und fotografiert, und natürlich wurde still gelesen, und zwar viel.
