Miriam Kumpf, Inga Rötzel, Ellen Küttelwesch and Marko Glaubitz

Miriam Kumpf studied teaching for European secondary schools in Karlsruhe and Zurich, focusing on English, history, economics and ethics as subjects. Alongside her studies, she was active in youth media work associations, where she gained a great deal of experience in collaborative team work. She has been working as a Bildungsreferentin at Phorms Education SE since 2014 and is responsible, among other things, for the ILIAS platforms at Phorms. Her aim is to use ILIAS to promote and support remote networking and network-based professional qualifications. 

Inga Rötzel is qualified in IT sales and has over 15 years’ experience as an in-house programmer. She joined Phorms Education SE as a project coordinator for corporate systems and has headed the IT Corporate Systems & Projects department since 2016. Together with her team, she handles all the software applications used at Phorms and aims to support her colleagues in their day-to-day administrative and teaching tasks by providing them with the best possible applications for their needs. 

Ellen Küttelwesch studied teaching for primary and secondary school. She has been working in the primary school of the bilingual Josef-Schwarz-Schule in Heilbronn/Neckarsulm for four years. Her vision is to encourage and integrate cooperation between the teachers across all Phorms educational institutions. She is personally dedicated to the sharing of educators’ thoughts, knowledge and skills. This vision earned Ellen second prize at the Phormative 2015 ‘Innovation Pitch’.

Marko Glaubitz studied to be a secondary school teacher in English and maths at the University of Freiburg. He has been a research associate in the field of learning management systems and blended learning programmes at the University of Freiburg’s IT services’ e-learning centre since 2011, where he advises and helps qualify students to use e-learning systems. He also works on further technical and educational developments for the ILIAS learning platform.
